Privacy Policy — Make10 (N10 — Number Bonds)

Effective date: 1 July 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Avi Shwartz (“we,” “us,” “our”) handles information in the mobile game Make10 (N10 — Number Bonds) (the “App”), available on Google Play.

Make10 is built to be privacy-friendly and safe for all ages. The game works fully offline by default. We show no ads, use no analytics or tracking, and we never sell or share your data. The only time any information leaves your device is if you choose to post a score to the optional online leaderboard.

1. The short version

  • The game works offline. Your scores, progress, and settings are stored on your device.
  • We collect no personal information unless you choose to submit a score to the public leaderboard.
  • If you do, we store only a nickname you choose, an avatar you pick, your score, and the stage you reached — no real name, email, phone number, or device location.
  • You can remove your leaderboard entry at any time.

2. Information stored on your device

The App saves your high scores, personal best, game progress, and settings (such as sound and difficulty) locally on your device. This is never sent to us. You can erase it by clearing the App’s data, or by uninstalling the App.

3. The optional online leaderboard (only if you choose to take part)

If you choose to save a score to the public leaderboard, we collect and store:

  • the nickname you type (please choose a nickname, not your real name);
  • the avatar you select — a small cartoon picture chosen from a fixed set; it is not personal information;
  • your score and the stage you reached;
  • an anonymous ID automatically created for your device, so your own entry can be updated or removed. This ID is not linked to your real identity; we do not ask you to create an account, sign in, or provide an email address.

This information is publicly visible on the in-app leaderboard to other players. Please do not include personal information in your nickname.

What we save, and what it’s used for:

Data Why we save it
Nickname (you choose) Displayed on the public leaderboard
Avatar (you pick) Displayed next to your nickname
Score To rank you on the “Best Score” leaderboard
Stage reached To rank you on the “Best Stage” leaderboard
Anonymous user ID (auto-generated) To identify, update, or delete only your own entry

None of this is used for advertising, analytics, or profiling.

How it’s processed: the leaderboard runs on Google Firebase (Cloud Firestore and Anonymous Authentication, provided by Google LLC), acting as our service provider. Google processes the data above — and standard technical data such as your IP address — to operate and secure the service. See Google’s privacy policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy.

4. We do NOT

  • Show advertising.
  • Use third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs.
  • Track you across other apps or websites.
  • Collect your real name, email, phone number, contacts, device location, camera, microphone, or files.
  • Sell or rent your information.

5. Children’s privacy

Make10 is suitable for children and may be used by them. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. The optional leaderboard stores only a self-chosen nickname, a chosen avatar, and a game score; nicknames are screened by a profanity filter, and we ask that they contain no personal information. We may remove any entry or nickname that is inappropriate or contains personal information. We comply with applicable children’s privacy laws (including COPPA) and Google Play’s Families policy, and we never use any data for advertising or profiling. If you believe a child has shared personal information, email aviappstore1@gmail.com and we will delete it.

6. How to delete your data

  • On-device data: clear the App’s storage in your device settings, or uninstall the App.
  • Leaderboard entry: use “Remove my entry” in the App, or email aviappstore1@gmail.com and we will delete it.

7. Data retention

On-device data remains until you remove it. A leaderboard entry is kept until you (or we) delete it.

8. Security

The leaderboard connection is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS), and we rely on Google Firebase’s infrastructure to store the limited data described above. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

9. International users

If you use the leaderboard, the limited data is processed on Google’s servers, which may be located outside your country.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Policy. We will change the “Effective date” above and post the updated version at this URL.
