Terms of Use — Make10 (N10 — Number Bonds)

Effective date: 25 June 2026

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) form an agreement between you and Avi Shwartz (“we,” “us,” “our”) for the game Make10 (N10 — Number Bonds) (the “App”). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your own non-commercial entertainment on devices you own or control. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, resell, or distribute the App except as permitted by law or your app store.

The App is suitable for all ages. If you are a minor, you may use the App only with the involvement and consent of a parent or guardian, who agrees to these Terms on your behalf.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • cheat with, tamper with, automate, or manipulate scores or the leaderboard;
  • submit a nickname or content that is offensive, infringing, or that contains personal information about yourself or others;
  • reverse-engineer, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its services.

4. Leaderboard and user content

The App includes an optional online leaderboard. If you choose to take part, the nickname and avatar you choose, together with your score and stage, are submitted and displayed publicly to other players. You are responsible for what you submit. We may moderate, remove, reset, or refuse any entry or nickname at our discretion — for example, cheated scores or inappropriate nicknames — to keep the leaderboard safe and fair. You may remove your own entry at any time using “Remove my entry” in the App.

5. Intellectual property

The App — including its code, design, graphics, and name — is owned by us and protected by law. These Terms do not transfer any ownership to you.

6. Disclaimers

The App is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE,” without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee the App or leaderboard will be uninterrupted, error-free, or always available.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the App (if any).

8. App stores (Google Play and Apple App Store)

You also agree to the terms of the store you downloaded the App from. For the Apple App Store, you acknowledge that: these Terms are between you and us only, not Apple; Apple has no obligation to provide support or maintenance for the App; Apple is not responsible for any product warranties or claims; and Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them.

9. Termination

We may suspend or end your access if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. We will update the “Effective date” and post the new version at this URL. Continued use means you accept the changes.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
